Day 4 – The Right Response: Worship
📖 Matthew 21:8–9 (NIV)
📖 Scripture:
“A very large crowd spread their cloaks on the road, while others cut branches from the trees and spread them on the road. The crowds that went ahead of him and those that followed shouted, ‘Hosanna to the Son of David!’ ‘Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!’ ‘Hosanna in the highest heaven!’”
— Matthew 21:8–9
🌟 Devotional Reflection:
When Jesus entered Jerusalem, the people gave Him a King’s welcome. They laid their cloaks down — a symbol of submission. They waved palm branches — a sign of victory. They shouted “Hosanna!” — which means “Save us now!”
It was a moment of true worship.
But worship is not just for special occasions or Sundays.
Worship is a lifestyle.
It’s more than a song — it’s your heart’s posture.
It’s when you choose patience instead of pride.
It’s when you forgive, serve, give, obey, and love — all for Jesus.
Worship is the right response when we truly recognize who Jesus is.
Let today be a Hosanna moment — not just in words, but in how we live.

- Am I giving God only my words — or my whole heart?
- What can I offer today as my “Hosanna” to Jesus?
📝 Today’s Application:
Write down one thing you will offer today to Jesus as an act of worship — time, talent, attention, forgiveness, or generosity.
Then, do it intentionally as your way of saying, “Hosanna, Lord — I trust and honor You.”
🙏 Prayer:
Hosanna, Lord Jesus!
Ikaw ang tunay na Hari ng puso ko.
Tulungan Mo akong sambahin Ka hindi lang sa salita, kundi sa araw-araw kong pamumuhay.
Nawa’y makita Ka sa bawat kilos, desisyon, at salitang binibitawan ko.
I offer You my heart, my life, and my worship.
Be glorified in me today.
Amen.
